Officer In Charge (OIC)
General Responsibilities:
- Monitoring surveillance equipment
- Maintaining an activity log and preparing surveillance reports
- Inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, permitting entry and exit
- Monitoring and authorizing entrance and departure of visitors
- Responding to alarms and analyzing security footage
- Check surveillance conforming periodically to identify disturbances or unlawful acts
- Awareness on Quality Policy and objectives, Contribution to the effectiveness of QMS
- Application of not conforming to the QMS requirements/ other compliances
Junior Security Officer (JSO)
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure all employees and visitors have proper credentials for accessing buildings (ID badges and passes)
- Assist employees and visitors with any concerns they might have
- Inspecting buildings, equipment, accessing and existing points
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
- Controls traffic by directing drivers
Lady Security Officer (LSO)
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure all employees and visitors have proper credentials for accessing buildings (ID badges and passes)
- Assist employees and visitors with any concerns they might have
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
