Pre-employment Trainings

This consists of a one-day training program for all the newcomers, before assigning them to their respective points, at the company premises.

This contains the following subject matters:

Grooming etiquette
Company rules and procedures
Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates
Government law, rules and regulations pertaining to the private security field
Patrol duties & Static Duties
Crowd control/Access control
First Aid
Fire prevention and safety evacuation
Documentation

On the Job Training

Apart from the pre-employment job training, our employees are assigned with several on the job trainings which are under the supervision of our area managers/visiting officers once in three months.

Topics of the trainings are as follows:

Traffic controlling
Handling emergency procedures
Fire prevention and safety evacuation
Detect, deter, observe and reporting suspected personnel/situations
Fitness and self-defence
First Aid
